Bringing order to decisions that have become too fragmented.

About · VYDA

Bringing order to decisions that have become too fragmented.

Our observation

Few advisers connect the dots.

VYDA was born out of a simple observation: many important decisions are made with an overly fragmented perspective. An insurer analyses the policies. An accounting and tax firm handles tax and accounting matters. A bank assesses the financing. But few people bring it all together.

Our role is to provide this joined-up perspective: to understand your situation, clarify trade-offs, coordinate the right people when necessary, and enable you to make decisions with a clearer picture.

Our model

Choosing independence.

VYDA SA is an untied insurance intermediary, registered with FINMA. We have no exclusive ties to any insurer, nor are we subject to any sales targets imposed by an insurer. We compare a wide range of solutions available on the Swiss market to identify those that best suit your situation.

Our advice is based on an analysis of your needs, your existing cover and the solutions we have compared, rather than on the sale of a specific product. You remain free to make your own choices at every stage. At VYDA, you’ll deal with a dedicated adviser who understands your situation and supports you over the long term.

Our commitments

What guides the way we work.

  • Transparency regarding remuneration and recommendations.
  • Rigour: analysis before making a recommendation.
  • Clear explanations.
  • Strict confidentiality.
  • Availability of a designated contact person.

Market access

We have access to a wide range of solutions from established insurers in the Swiss market, either directly or through our distribution partners.
